Morgan Sanchez, MADS, R.B.A (ONT.), BCBA
DIRECTOR, CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Morgan has been working in the field of ABA since 2016 in various capacities such as Instructor Therapist, Behaviour Clinician and Clinical Supervisor. She is passionate about making meaningful changes in the lives of the clients and families she serves. She works with the mission of collaborating with families to ensure her clients are successful in meeting their goals and treatment is delivered seamlessly and translates to the daycare/school and community environments. She has completed training in naturalistic developmental behavioural interventions ESI-SCERTS (Emotional Social Regulation - Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Supports) and is PEAK Level 1 certified.
Morgan graduated from Brock’s Masters of Applied Disability Studies program in 2021 and passed her BCBA exam later that year. Morgan joined the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario in July 2024 with her colleagues.

Victoria Czipf, M.PED, R.B.A (ONT.), BCBA
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Victoria has been in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis since 2018. Over the years she has worked in various capacities such as Instructor Therapist, Caregiver Mediated Therapist, Behaviour Therapist and Senior Behaviour Therapist. She completed a Bachelor’s Degree with a Specialization in Psychology at Nipissing University and Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science at George Brown College. Victoria graduated from Western’s Masters of Professional Education in the ABA program in 2022 and passed her BCBA exam later that year. Victoria has completed training in naturalistic developmental behavioural interventions PRT (Pivotal Response Training) Levels 1-3, ESI-SCERTS (Emotional Social Regulation-Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Supports) and ESDM Level 1. Haseena Shaikh, M.PED, R.B.A. (ONT.), BCBA
CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Haseena has over a decade of experience in the field of behavioral analysis. She has worked in home, community and clinic-based settings. Her educational background is in psychology and applied behavior analysis. Haseena is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed as a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario. She is a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and has received training in Crisis Prevention Interventions. In addition, she received her level one certification in Pivotal Response Training and has completed the 8-hour supervision training. Currently, she is completing certificates in trauma informed therapy and social emotional learning. Haseena is passionate about parent training and enjoys mentoring and supervising new and upcoming BCBAs. She has a vision to provide the best quality services for children and adults diagnosed with developmental /physical or neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Hiteksha Patel, OT Reg. (ONT.)
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from KEM, Mumbai, India, and a postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, USA in the year 2018. Specializing in Ayres Sensory Integration, she has completed advanced certification in the field. She is registered and licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Canada, USA, and India. Her professional focus centers on working with children and their families to help them achieve their goals. Her expertise includes addressing a wide range of challenges such as fine motor difficulties, gross motor delays, sensory processing issues, attention deficits, oral sensory challenges, self-regulation difficulties, and executive functioning skills deficits.
